Had a scare the other day. I updated the WP software for the sight and something hung up and I was locked out of control room as it were while my page did not work. The people at Bluehost were helpful and we got it straightened out.
It happened before, where someone put a re-direct on my altmountain sight, but to an invalid address somewhere in Russia. That time I lost all content, other than what I had written as text files in the first place. I thought it was happening again. I am not really much for backing things up. I know there is backup software free with the hosting, and I would just need to install it. Chances are it would backup everything I do fully automatically. Still not done it. Is anything I am saying really so precious?
And I really need to stop blogging on FB. I really don’t trust them, and the interface irritates me. It feels like a mall in the 80s. I half expect to see the glistening faces of Molly Ringwald or Bon Jovi every time I turn around there. Seems there is a pitched argument between those who say we should be angry and alarmed, and those who say it’s pointless to be angry and alarmed. I am getting fatigued with it.
